A FESTIVAL OF NINE LESSONS AND CAROLS

PROGRAM

The Westminster Choir, under the direction of Thomas Clark-Jones, presents the historic service sung each Christmas Eve at King’s College, Cambridge, and more recently at churches, chapels, and schools around the English-speaking world. A simple service of nine scripture lessons from the glorious King James Bible adorned with carols and anthems bringing the story of Salvation to life in music. Carols from composers such as John Rutter, Healey Willan, David Willcocks, Stephen Cleobury, and others are featured. This year, a newly commissioned carol from American composer, Craig Phillips will adorn the program. Don’t miss this charming service, which is sure to start your Christmas celebration with mirth! Admission is free. Just bring your voice ready to raise the roof in the carols of this joyous season!
