We welcome back the Kaia String Quartet from the Chicago area. These four women always impress audiences with their flair and exuberance. Dedicated to exploring and promoting the rich musical heritage of Latinoame rica, the KAIA String Quartet presents a program celebrating the region’s vibrant cultures through the intimate and expressive medium of the string quartet. From folkloric influences to contemporary voices, this concert offers a journey through the rhythms, colors and traditions that define Latin American music.
